My boyfriend is a 27-year-old, black man– who likes to watch Hannah Montana. He has a young daughter, which is how he first began watching it. We were hanging out one evening, and nothing was on TV. We get to an episode of Hannah Montana and he’s all into it. I’m asking questions about the characters and he knows all the answers. It was actually pretty cute. Weird, but cute.
The first time I saw him shirtless I noticed he had a bellybutton ring.
He pooped his pants on his way to see me early in our relationship. He somehow pulled it off that day, and I didn’t find out until he confessed much later!

Why I’m thankful for my boyfriend:
He puts up with my crazy.
He can reach things that are high up.
He’s pretty darn smart.
Sometimes he picks me up, and that’s fun.
He’s a super good cook.
He’s vegan.
He loves me.
I’m dating someone whose all time favorite song is No Doubt’s “I’m Just a Girl.”
His mom used to shave his back for him. . . and help him make sure his side burns were even.
